Possible testcase for the testsuite.  Except this one only used to be
miscompiled with trunk and not 4.9 branch, and unfortunately also needs
-march=z900 at least, so we'd need effective-target for 64-bit s390-*-*.
Perhaps not worth adding this into the testsuite.
