On Linux/x86-64, r209484 caused LTO bootstrap failed with bootstrap-profiled.
GCC is configured with

--prefix=/usr/local --enable-clocale=gnu --with-system-zlib
--with-demangler-in-ld MAKEINFO=/usr/bin/false --enable-languages=c,c++
--enable-bootstrap --with-build-config=bootstrap-lto --disable-werror

and built with profiledbootstrap.
