vtv_fail.h, vtv_malloc.h, vtv_map.h, vtv_rts.h, vtv_set.h, vtv_utils.h are
installed to /usr/local/include. GCC is configured with
"--enable-version-specific-runtime-libs" (and "--disable-bootstrap").
Host/target/build is i686-pc-linux-gnu.
