Error: Syntax error in structure constructor at (1)

and 4.7.3

Error: Function 'point' requires an argument list at (1)

Would you expect an error of the kind

Error: Parameter 'point' at (1) has not been declared or is a variable, which
does not reduce to a constant expression

?
