vectorizable_condition gets this stmt:
patt_10 = i.1_17 == 0 ? 1 : 0;

We can't do just
  if (TYPE_UNSIGNED (TREE_TYPE (vectype)))
    return false;
which quashes the ICE because that prevents also vectorizing a lot of other
things ...
