I've not been able to reproduce this, and looking at your log, I see:

c++: internal compiler error: Killed (program cc1plus)

Which sounds like its been killed by the system, rather than hit a real
internal fault.  That makes me wonder if you've got enough memory for the
compilation -- it certainly uses quite a lot on my board.
