I have regstrapped 4.6.4 at revision 196596 configured with

--prefix=/opt/gcc/gcc4.6p --enable-languages=c,c++,lto,fortran
--with-gmp=/opt/mp --with-system-zlib --enable-lto

without unexpected failure for gfortran. Closing as fixed. Paul, thanks for the
fix.
