The problem is in

       for (ns = rvalue->symtree->n.sym->ns;
        ns->proc_name && ns->proc_name->attr.flavor != FL_PROCEDURE;
        ns = ns->parent)

where value->symtree->n.sym->ns->parent is NULL.

Does not happen with 4.7 or 4.6.
