Jack,

I am sorry to be picky but are dummy functions still required in
libgcc/config/darwin-crt-tm.c?
I haven't access to a machine with
__ENVIRONMENT_MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED__  < 1060 to check that.
