Bug ID: 59428
Summary: [4.9 Regression] FAIL:
gfortran.dg/proc_ptr_result_4.f90 -O (test for
excess errors) after r205791
Product: gcc
Version: 4.9.0
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: fortran
Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org
Reporter: dominiq at lps dot ens.fr
CC: burnus at gcc dot gnu.org
The test gfortran.dg/proc_ptr_result_4.f90 fails after r205791:
/opt/gcc/work/gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg/proc_ptr_result_4.f90:11.32:
procedure(sin), pointer :: f
1
Error: Procedure pointer 'ppr@' at (1) shall not be elemental
I did not look at the validity of the test. If it is invalid, the test should
be adjusted and the error should be more user friendly: 'ppr@' looks like an
internal representation.
