I think this is confirmed, but there doesn't seem to be much activity in the C
FE anymore.

The C++ parser is still not as good as Clang:

test.c:2:18: error: expected initializer before ‘cdecl’
 tree klass, tree cdecl, class_array_type;
                  ^
