Patches for GCC 4.7.1

Patches to fix stack limit checking for GCC 4.7.1 for FreeScale Coldfire
uClinux.

Also includes patches to disable atomics (internal compiler error) for ColdFire
processors (http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53833) and to disable
Transactional Memory (linker failure) for uClinux
(http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=54584).  These two features were
introduced in GCC 4.7.
