r192798 bootstrapped c,lto,c++,objc using apple's gcc-4.2.1 as bootstrap

it is on stage3 for all languages + Ada and OjbC++ using gcc-4.7(with Ada) as
botostrap.

so, it looks like the problem has been resolved on trunk.
