It looks like a duplicate of pr45277, i.e., at least one of your GMP, MPFR, or
MPC libraries has a problem (see
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45277#c1 ).

Question: why do you want to build 4.4.7? It is no longer supported and it
would be better to build 4.7.2 (latest release).
