compileable c++ test case and dwarf dump

for c++0x feature rvalue reference, g++ should generate
DW_TAG_rvalue_reference_type, g++ generate DW_TAG_reference_type instead:

see attachment for test cases: a.out.dw 
shows debug info for function "void foo(int&& ii)" are
