        * math/finiteq.c (finiteq): Add comment.
        * math/fmaq.c (fmaq): Changes from GLIBC. Fix missing underflows
        and bad results for some subnormal results. Fix sign of inexact
        zero return. Fix sign of exact zero return. 
        Ensure additions are not scheduled after fetestexcept.
