Test results of rev 186549 vs. rev 187218
for '-m2 -mb' and '-m2 -ml' show the following new failures:

FAIL: 20_util/function/4.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 20_util/function/cons/callable.cc (test for excess errors)
FAIL: 20_util/function/null_pointer_comparisons.cc (test for excess errors)
