On Linux/x86-64, revision 188299 miscompiled 416.gamess in SPEC CPU 2006
with:

-O3 -funroll-loops -ffast-math -ffixed-form  -DSPEC_CPU_LP64

 Running 416.gamess ref peak lnx32e-gcc default
