This simple testcase appears to trigger the same ICE :

$ cat ice.c

void f(void)
{
    0 || 0 / 0 ? : 0;
}

$ gcc -w ice.c

ice.c: In function ‘f’:
ice.c:3:12: internal compiler error: in gimplify_expr, at gimplify.c:7790
     0 || 0 / 0 ? : 0;
            ^
