        PR tree-optimization/46590
    * cfgexpand.c (add_scope_conflicts_1): New old_conflicts argument,
    use it in remembering which conflicts we already created.
    (add_scope_conflicts): Adjust call to above, (de)allocate helper
    bitmap.
