Summary: translatable string typo: "at at %L"

Please repeat the issues also in the bug description. If one processes several
bugs, one jumps directly to the bug description and, thus, misses the summary.

I had initially fixed the other issue of comment 0: The missing quotation. By
chance, I realized that there was also another issue ("at at") which is now
also fixed.
