Sorry made a mistake and i supplied the wrong command line

With this

gcc47 -O2 -m32    -freg-struct-return io_apic.i -flto -c
gcc47 -O2 -flto io_apic.o

the test case ICEs hwith any path name.

I tested --enable-checking=gcac and expect for running extremly slowly it
didn't show any difference.
