pr37482 and vect114 seem OK now on powerpc-darwin9 (we have had bootstrap
problems - which are not cleared yet for some languages).

We also now have a large number of struct-layout-1, vmx and altivec fails
(possibly unrelated, will try and analyze tomorrow).
