Attached is a preprocessed source that fails to compile on GCC 4.5+, but works
fine on GCC 4.4.7. This happens on all MinGW targets (*-pc-* and *-w64-*). I
tested with GCC 4.4.7, 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7.
