simpler testcase

Might be the same problem:
$ gcc -O2 -fno-tree-dominator-opts testcase2.c                   
testcase2.c: In function 'foo':
testcase2.c:4:1: error: missing PHI def
.MEM_4 = PHI <.MEM_6(7), .MEM_7(3), (8)>

testcase2.c:4:1: internal compiler error: verify_gimple failed
