The fastest 4x10 . 10x10 multiply as found with tiny_find.f90 yields somewhat
better results with 4.7, but not quite as effective as Cray's compiler.

Cray: 11.363 Gflops
4.7.0: 6.250 Gflops
4.6.1: 5.102 Gflops
