I'm glad to see renewed interest in this.  I wasn't sure if anyone else had
used these routines ;-)

Anyway, one thing I would like us to look at is ISO/IEC 29123 which is out as
of last year.  This basically injects these TR1 math functions (excepting the
hypergeometric functions) into namespace std.

I'll open a separate email thread about that though.
