If I configure GCC with --program-suffix, the bin/gnat* binaries are not
subsequently installed with that suffix, although the rest of the gcc*,
gfortran* etc binaries do have it.

Note - only ${prefix}/bin/gnat* have this problem.

Same problem as far back as at least GCC 4.4.
