r174001 fixes the test cases in comment #1 and #4.

The test case in comment #0 still fails. Reduced version:

  type bar
  end type

  type, extends(bar) ::  bar2
  end type

  class(bar), allocatable :: sm

  allocate(sm2)
  call move_alloc(sm2,sm)
