The latest version of Sun as (patch 119961-10 for Solaris 10, snv_164 for
Solaris 11) now includes a fix for CR

6938785 as doesn't support cmpxchg16b instruction

Since there seems to be no interest whatsoever to provide a workaround in
gcc, I'm closing this bug as WONTFIX.
