Ah, thanks for the reminder.

The generated assembly appears to include artifacts (e.g. type declarations)
from system headers, however, likely from an #include<stdio.h> directive not in
the C code as quoted. Could you provide the xlc assembly output from the
minimal test-case program, which has no #includes, and "return 0" as the only
statement?
