I use GCC 4.6.0 RC 20110314, you can also see the same
thing on http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/

Get on 3.17.15 "Intel 386 & AMD x86-64 Options"

Press Next, you land on 3.17.45 "i386 and x86-64 Windows Options"
the title is right, the content also, but the number should have been
3.17.16.
