If the selection of a version is not so important, please consider including
the mpc-0.8.1 folder directly in the source tree from the beginning and don't
discuss this subject anymore in the installation instructions (apart from
thanking and copyright reasons). Perhaps the gmp/mpfr/mpc people would not
prefer this way though.
