Why is this not a P1 bug? Seems to me it fits the criteria for that:

1. mipsisa64-elf is a primary target and afaiu mipsisa64-elf is in mips*-*
2. this is a wrong-code bug
3. it is a regression from earlier GCC releases

Adding RM to CC and "downgrading" to P3 to bring this bug up on the RM's radar.
