With the patch in http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2011-07/msg01068.html,
bootstrap fails with:

make[5]: *** No rule to make target
`../../../../work/libgcc/config/i386/crtfastmath.c', needed by `crtfastmath.o'.
 Stop.

at stage1 for -m32.
