No real insns are supposed to be there, as in "always the last insn before the
jump table it uses" (at tablejump, md.texi) but I couldn't find anything in the
docs to throw at you regarding notes. :)  There may be, but not where I looked;
casesi, tablejump and ASM_OUTPUT_CASE_END.
