Also eliminates PR47324 on x86_64-apple-darwin10 without additional regressions
for --enable-build-with-cxx BOOT_CFLAGS="-g -O3" CFLAGS_FOR_TARGET="-g -O3"
CXXFLAGS_FOR_TARGET="-g -O3".
