It probably means that one needs to use libgfortran.spec for that as f951 has
no knowledge whether clock_gettime is available. Is is clear that librt exists
if clock_gettime is available? librt seems to be a Linux-specific library-name
choice. If not, one could consider moving back to a clock_gettime-free
libgfortran.
