    PR middle-end/49958
    * fold-const.c (fold_binary_loc): Only associate
    (+ (+ (* a b) c) (* d e)) as (+ (+ (* a b) (* d e)) c) if
    overflow wraps.

        * gcc.dg/torture/pr49958.c: New testcase.
