    PR c++/48481
    * tree.c (build_overload): Allow an unwrapped FUNCTION_DECL
    at the end of the chain.
    * pt.c (dependent_template_p): Use OVL_CURRENT/NEXT.
    (iterative_hash_template_arg): Likewise.
