[Bug fortran/43251] New: Erroneous code with -ftree-vectorize

Hi!

While compiling zdrot.f from Blas with -ftree-vectorize (which seems to be on
with -O3), I get incorrect results. I have attached a .s file, but I also
attach the original (self-contained) source files with an explanation available
