[Bug c/43238] New: GCC 4.5 ICE segfault on any -O flag

The attached preprocessed file (from the mplayer sources) results in a GCC 4.5
(today's SVN snapshot) segfault when compiled with any -O flag.  Compilation
without -O completes correctly.

gcc -O -c -o af_format.o af_format.c

af_format.pre.c:1166:19: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
