[Bug c/44657] New: GCCSense: merge code-assist branch, or plugin

Some impressive code-completion features have been implemented as part of
GCCSense, providing accurate editor-agnostic code completion.

This required some GCC modifications, and thus requires a customized compiler. 
It would be very useful if these modifications were merged upstream, or could
at least be implemented as a plugin.  Repository here:
