So, another translation bug that fell through the cracks. 

Unfortunately the GCC project does not maintain its own translations. This is
taken care of by the Translation Project. The translation team for Russian has
a web page here: http://translationproject.org/team/ru.html. Could you please
file the bug there, instead?

The bug is a Translation Project bug, and not a GCC bug, so I'm closing this as
INVALID for GCC. Thanks for the report and sorry for the late reply.
