[Bug fortran/44857] New: [4.6 Regression] ICE in output_constructor_regular_field, at varasm.c:4996

that compiling the following program ICEs with:

f951.exe: internal compiler error: in output_constructor_regular_field, at
varasm.c:4996

It works with GCC 4.5 and might be due to the constructor reorganization.
