A smaller repro for the "_master conflicts with declaration" error

$ gnatmake arc_dir_003.adb
gcc -c arc_dir_003.adb
arc_dir_003.adb:29:26: "_master" conflicts with declaration at line 30
gnatmake: "arc_dir_003.adb" compilation error
