N.B. the Host/Target/Target fields are meant for the "host triplet" such as
i686-pc-cygwin

Feel free to include the snapshot date and OS details in the main report, but
putting them in the Host field just makes it harder to search bug reports. As
it says at http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs/ the system type is output by 'gcc -v'
