[Bug c/42654] New: Internal error: Signal 5

I have been observing a typical case.
The code gets compiled in Debug mode, but the same code doesnt compile in
release mode.
It throws no error in the code, just a 

mips-elf-gcc: Internal error: Signal 5 (program cc1)
Please submit a full bug report.
