Confirmed.  We have regno differences.

-(insn# 0 0 t.c:4 (set (reg/v:SI 0 ax [orig:67 k ] [67])
+(insn# 0 0 t.c:4 (set (reg/v:SI 0 ax [orig:68 k ] [68])

works ok with -fno-var-tracking-assignments.
