[Bug rtl-optimization/42589] bswap optimization does not work for 32bit (but for 64bit) on 64bit registers

I would expect two bswaps yes, like llvm generates

I also can't see how this should be a bad idea for any target with a bswap
like operation (unless it's 64bit)
